Rogue Community College offers the Associate of Arts Oregon Transfer – Sociology/Social Work Interest degree for students who plan to transfer to an Oregon public university and earn a bachelor’s degree in sociology, social work or a related field. By completing this two-year degree, you finish your lower division general education requirements and transfer with junior standing — helping you move forward with confidence.
As you prepare to transfer, you will explore social systems, human behavior, equity and community issues. With guidance from an Academic Advisor and your Program Map, you can complete many lower division prerequisites while building a clear path toward people-centered careers that support individuals, families and communities.
