Info Sessions

Attendees receive information about the criteria and possible career opportunities in the field; local employment opportunities with wage ranges; how to apply for admission; academic requirements for the certificate program and more.

Watching an Allied Health Occupations info session is mandatory for students applying to the Medical Assistant and Medical Assistant Bridge programs.

Students are encouraged to take notes so they can easily complete the subsequent quiz. The quiz needs to be passed with 100% correct answers to access the application. Students will have unlimited attempts to complete the quiz, but notes can be helpful in speeding up the process.

Massage Therapy is a Special Admissions program. It is highly recommended that you attend a Massage Therapy Information Meeting prior to applying to the program. Learn about local employment opportunities, including wage ranges and the meaning of "accredited," a "one-year certificate," and "financial-aid eligible." This program includes the training and practicum hours that meet the requirements for Oregon state licensure and national certification.

Once you have either attended an Info Session or done your research, please complete the Information Meeting Quiz prior to beginning your application.

The first step to getting started in the RCC Nursing program is to attend an information session to learn about admission requirements. You may attend before applying to RCC or after you are admitted as an RCC student.

Attending an info session is required before applying to the Nursing program, and it is recommended that you complete this step before scheduling an advising appointment.
