Table Rock Campus

Rogue Community College partners with Linn-Benton Community College and Providence Medford Medical Center to help you prepare for a career in surgical technology close to home. This special admission program combines online coursework through LBCC, in-person laboratory instruction at RCC’s Table Rock Campus and hands-on clinical experience in a real operating room setting. You can complete prerequisite courses at RCC before beginning the two-year Associate of Applied Science degree program awarded through LBCC. 

Surgical technologists are important members of the healthcare team who help prepare operating rooms, maintain sterile environments and assist during surgical procedures. In this fast-paced career, you will apply your knowledge of anatomy, microbiology and surgical procedures while supporting surgeons, nurses and patients. Graduates are prepared to take the Certified Surgical Technologist exam and enter the workforce quickly in a high-demand medical field with opportunities in hospitals, outpatient surgery centers and specialty clinics.
