When you complete a College Now course, your grade and college credit are recorded on your Rogue Community College transcript. This transcript is part of your permanent college record and may be used for college applications, transfer or employment.

Your College Record Matters
The grades you earn in College Now become part of your permanent college transcript. These grades may affect your future college options and financial aid eligibility, so choosing your courses carefully and staying on track is important.
Aim to earn passing grades of A, B, C or P.
Grades such as D, F or W may affect your ability to meet Satisfactory Academic Progress
(SAP) standards for financial aid.
SAP is required to qualify for federal and state financial aid, including grants, work-study and loans.
Accessing Your Unofficial Transcript
Students registered for RCC courses through College Now receive grades that are recorded
on their official RCC transcript. Grades post on the Wednesday following the end of
the college term.
You can access your unofficial transcript at any time by:
- Logging into your myRogue account from the Student Resources section at the top of the RCC website.
- Clicking the Academics tab to view or print your courses and grades that have posted.
