Your transcript is an official record of your academic work at Rogue Community College. You may need a transcript for employment, transferring to another college or tracking your own progress.

RCC makes it easy to request, send and access transcripts so you can keep moving toward your education or career goals.

Requesting Your RCC Transcript

If you have taken classes at RCC, you have a college transcript. You may request an official transcript anytime through Parchment, RCC’s transcript service.

Official Transcripts

An official transcript is a certified copy of your academic record. It includes the college seal and Registrar’s signature and is delivered in a secure format.

Important information about official transcripts:

  • Official transcripts are delivered through secure electronic delivery or by mail.
  • Official transcripts cannot be faxed or emailed.
  • DO NOT OPEN mailed official transcripts. Opened transcripts are no longer considered official.

  • $9.99 per transcript for USPS mail or electronic delivery.
  • Rush service is available for an additional fee.
  • Transcripts sent to Southern Oregon University and Oregon State University Degree Partnership Program are free.

Unofficial Transcripts

An unofficial transcript shows your academic record without a seal or signature. It is helpful for personal review or advising conversations.

You can access your unofficial transcript by:

  • Logging in to your myRogue account.
  • Selecting the "View Unoffical transcript" in the Academics area of the Sudent Hub.

Opening a sealed official transcript also makes it unofficial.

Sending Transcripts from Another College to RCC

If you attended another college or university, you must send those transcripts directly to RCC to have them evaluated.

  • Request official transcripts from the previous institution.
  • Have transcripts sent directly to RCC.
  • Once received, your transcripts will be evaluated, and any eligible credits can be applied to your program.

Transferred credits can help shorten your time to completion and move you more quickly toward your certificate, degree or career goals.

Transfer Transcript Process

GED® Transcripts

RCC does not maintain GED® transcripts or test scores. GED® transcripts and certificates must be requested through the official GED® credentialing website.

More information can be found on RCC’s GED® Transcripts page.

International Transcripts

If you completed coursework outside the United States, RCC requires an external evaluation.

To submit international transcripts:

  • Choose a credential evaluation agency that is a current member of NACES.
  • Request a course-by-course or comprehensive evaluation that includes grades through the NACES website.
  • Have the official evaluation mailed directly to RCC.
  • After the report is received, your transcripts will be evaluated and any eligible credits can be applied to your program. Approved credits may apply to your degree or certificate and help you move forward more efficiently.
