Considering Courses at Two Schools?
If you plan to attend two schools at the same time and want financial aid for your combined credits, here’s what you need to know:
- Students can receive federal and state aid from only one institution at a time.
- If you want aid for combined credits and RCC is your home school, request a Degree Partnership Program agreement.
- If the other school is your home school, contact their Financial Aid Department to find out what options they might have for Degree Partnership.
- Credits at both schools must apply toward your major at the home school.

How to Request a DPP if RCC is Your Home School
The Oregon Financial Aid Exchange (OFAX) helps share financial aid information for students co-enrolled at participating Oregon schools. RCC partners with the following OFAX schools:
- Oregon State University (OSU)
- Lane Community College (LCC)
- Linn-Benton Community College (LBCC)
- Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU)
If one of these schools is your host school, submit the Degree Partnership Program – OFAX form to Financial Aid by the first week of the term. This allows time for processing before payment.
If your host school is not an OFAX school, submit the Degree Partnership Program – Other form.
Tips for a Successful Degree Partnership
- Review your form thoroughly. Incomplete forms will delay processing and may affect funding.
- If you do not meet the criteria for RCC to be your home school, check with the other school to see if they can serve as your home school and complete their required paperwork.
- Submit a new DPP form each term you plan to dual enroll with RCC as your home school.
- The most efficient way to return your completed form is by email to your Financial Aid Advisor or in person at Rogue Central.
