Early College students pay discounted tuition for RCC courses, along with any required fees and materials. Costs vary by course, number of credits and how the course is delivered.
Because you are still in high school, eligibility for traditional financial aid may be limited.
What You Will Pay
As an Early College student, you are responsible for:
- Reduced tuition at the Early College rate.
Any required course fees. - Textbooks and materials, depending on the course.
- Payment deadlines follow RCC billing timelines.
Third-Party Payment Options
Some high schools help cover the cost of Early College courses through a third-party payment process.
High school liaisons may submit a Third-Party Voucher on behalf of students. This allows an approved school or agency to pay some or all the student’s tuition.
Important details:
- A 35% tuition discount is applied to Early College courses. This does not apply to fees.
- Vouchers must include all charges for each student. RCC cannot separate charges by type.
- Payment must be received from the sponsoring agency before the student account is credited.

How Payment Works
If a third-party voucher is used:
- The high school or sponsoring agency submits the completed voucher to Accounts Receivable at ARFREERogue%20Community%20College.
- RCC bills the agency for the student’s charges.
- The agency submits payment to RCC after receiving the invoice.
