The Business – Management Associate of Applied Science degree at Rogue Community College is designed for students who want to lead, supervise or run their own business or move directly into the workforce after graduation. This degree focuses on management and organizational principles while building a strong foundation in business. You develop practical skills that support entry-level management and supervisory roles across many industries.
This two-year degree program offers flexibility while maintaining a clear emphasis on management-focused coursework. Flexible course offerings allow you to complete this degree fully online or through a combination of online and in-person classes.
RCC also offers a general Business AAS program and other specialized tracks in accounting and marketing. Students who plan to transfer to a university for a bachelor’s degree may want to explore other pathways, including the ASOT Business, Associate of Science SOU Transfer in Business or Major Transfer Map-Business options.
The Business – Management AAS is best suited for students who want to build leadership skills and enter the workforce quickly after completing their associate degree.
