The Business – Accounting Associate of Applied Science degree at Rogue Community College is designed for students who want focused, practical accounting skills and a direct path into the workforce after graduation. This degree emphasizes real-world accounting practices while building a strong business foundation, preparing you for roles such as bookkeeper, accounting assistant or billing clerk. You gain confidence using accounting tools and processes that employers value.

This two-year degree program offers flexibility while keeping a clear focus on accounting-related coursework. Flexible course offerings allow you to complete this degree fully online or through a combination of online and in-person classes.

RCC also offers a general Business AAS program and other specialized tracks in Management and Marketing.

Students who plan to transfer to a university for a bachelor’s degree may want to explore other pathways, including the ASOT Business, Associate of Science SOU Transfer in Business or Major Transfer Map-Business options.

The Business – Accounting AAS is best suited for students who want job-ready accounting skills and to enter the workforce quickly after completing their associate degree.
