Graduation Requirements
Because this degree is flexible by design, students are strongly encouraged to work with an advisor to ensure their course choices align with personal goals — especially if planning to transfer to a university.
The Associated of General Studies – Art Interest degree requires the completion of 90 program credits in addition to prerequisite credits, which may be waived based on placement. Students must complete all courses outlined in this program with a grade of “C” or better to earn a degree. Students are strongly encouraged to meet with an Academic Advisor or faculty advisor before beginning any coursework.

Credit for Prior Learning
The Art Interest - Associate of General Studies program may be eligible for Credit for Prior Learning, meaning your work experience, training or other learning outside the classroom could count for college credit — helping you save time and reduce costs.
