Millwrights install, maintain and repair the machinery that keeps industrial operations running safely and efficiently. The Millwright Apprenticeship Program at Rogue Community College combines hands-on training with classroom instruction to prepare students for careers in industrial machinery installation, maintenance and repair. Apprentices gain real-world experience working with precision equipment in industries such as manufacturing, energy construction and transportation.

Program Highlights

The Millwright Apprenticeship Program takes approximately four (4) years to complete and combines more than 8,000 hours of on-the-job training with 576 hours of classroom instruction. The program prepares apprentices to take the state licensing exam and offers multiple educational and professional opportunities, including:
