Manufacturing Plant Electricians ensure electrical systems in factories and industrial plants operate safely and efficiently. Rogue Community College’s Manufacturing Plant Electrician Apprenticeship combines hands-on training with classroom instruction to prepare students for careers in electrical system installation, maintenance and troubleshooting. Apprentices gain the skills and safety knowledge needed to keep industrial operations running smoothly.

Program Highlights

The Manufacturing Plant Electrician (MPE) Apprenticeship Program takes approximately four (4) years to complete and combines more than 8,000 hours of on-the-job training with 576 hours of classroom instruction. The program prepares apprentices to take the state licensing exam and offers multiple educational and professional opportunities, including:
