Rogue Community College counselors support you through your career development, which is a lifelong process of building skills, interests and values shaped by your preferences, priorities and personality. They hold a master’s degree in counseling or social work and help you understand your strengths, notice your challenges and explore strategies to reach your educational and career goals.
