- Do not have a high school diploma.
- Are at least 16 years old.
- Want to refresh your reading, writing or math skills.
- Are preparing for college or job training.
- Are ready to take the next step toward a career.
To earn your GED® certificate, you will prepare for four subject area tests:
- Reasoning Through Language Arts
- Science
- Math
- Social Studies

If you are under 18, you must complete paperwork with Southern Oregon Education Service District (SOESD). RCC’s GED® & Pre-College Education department can help with this step.
