Renewable energy engineering coursework builds step by step across math, science and engineering disciplines. Starting in the correct math and science sequence is essential for staying on track. You are encouraged to work closely with the RCC Science Department to create a clear plan and stay on track throughout the program.

Graduation Requirements
The Associate of Science – Engineering (Renewable Energy) program requires the completion of 91-93 program credits in addition to prerequisite credits, which may be waived based on placement. Students must complete all courses outlined in this program with a grade of “C” or better to earn a degree. Students are strongly encouraged to meet with an Academic Advisor or faculty advisor before beginning any coursework.
Due to the advanced and sequential nature of engineering coursework, some students may require additional time to complete the degree.
