To enroll in the Leadership Skills Career Pathway Certificate, you must be a student at RCC.
After you apply to RCC, you’ll complete the Placement Process. This helps you understand your current skills in math and writing so you can start courses that match your level and set you up for success.
This program has prerequisite course requirements, which may be waived based on placement. Please see the Program Map in our academic catalog for more information.
Graduation Requirements
The Leadership Skills Career Pathway Certificate requires the completion of 28-29 program credits. Students must complete all courses outlined in this program with a grade of “C” or better to earn a certificate. Students are strongly encouraged to meet with an Academic Advisor or faculty advisor before beginning any coursework.
