The Computer Software Specialist Career Pathway Certificate at Rogue Community College gives you solid, real-world skills software professionals use every day. Most students complete this certificate in just two terms, so it’s a fast way to level up your tech game.
This certificate sets you up for jobs where strong computer skills really matter — things like navigating systems and databases, using presentation, spreadsheet and other applications confidently, and solving everyday tech problems. And if you’re thinking about going further in the tech world, this program plugs right into the Computer Support Technician AAS degree, so you can keep building your momentum.
You’ll get hands-on experience with industry-standard tools like word processing, spreadsheets, databases and presentation software, plus a strong foundation in operating systems. It’s not just learning about software — you’ll use it in real scenarios the same way professionals do.
