Rogue Community College connects students with local employers to help them gain skills, experience and confidence to enter the workforce quickly. Through partnerships across Southern Oregon, RCC creates opportunities for students to explore careers while completing their education.

Work Opportunities

RCC's Work Opportunities hub connects current students and alumni with local employers.

Here you can find:

  • Full- and part-time jobs.
  • Work-based learning opportunities, including Cooperative Work Experience, internships and other training.

Work Opportunities is hosted on the Lightcast platform. Job listings are posted by external employers and applications must be submitted through the employer’s website.

RCC does not endorse or verify all external job postings and is not responsible for the content, accuracy or privacy practices of third-party sites. Students are encouraged to research employers and ensure opportunities align with their career goals.

Earn and Learn — Work-Based Learning

RCC students can gain hands-on experience, mentorship and industry connections through work-based learning opportunities with local employers. These experiences help students build in-demand skills and often lead to job offers after completion. Opportunities may be paid or unpaid, and many qualify for college credit.
