Alpha Zeta Pi (AZP) is dedicated to recognizing academic excellence at Rogue Community College by fostering a community of motivated students committed to growth and learning. Membership in Alpha Zeta Pi offers the following benefits:

  • Permission to list AZP membership on academic and professional applications.
  • A formal certificate of recognition.

Membership Requirements

To qualify for Alpha Zeta Pi, students must:

  • Have a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher on a 4.0 scale. 
  • Complete 24 transferable credits (may include professional or technical courses numbered 100 or above). 
  • Be enrolled in eight (8) or more credits. 
  • Have no more than one “W” on the transcript within a two‑term period.

How to Join

  • Once each term, eligible students receive an invitation by email with instructions for joining. 
  • Membership requires a one‑time fee of $40. 
  • Payment is made through the Rogue Community College Marketplace
    (A passcode is required to complete payment and application. 
    To request a passcode, email [email protected], then complete the AZP Application.)

How to Get Involved in Alpha Zeta Pi  

You can engage with AZP in several ways:

  • Attend meetings in person or on Zoom. Times and locations will be available on the Events Calendar.
  • Participate in AZP activities. Times and locations will be available on the Events Calendar.
  • Apply for open leadership positions.  

Officer eligibility requirements include:

  • Official membership in RCC’s Alpha Zeta Pi. 
  • Enrollment in at least eight (8) credits at RCC. 
  • Maintenance of a 3.50 cumulative GPA or higher.

Officers serve during the fall, winter and spring terms and receive a tuition voucher equal to up to four (4) credits (tuition only, excluding fees) at the end of each term of service.
