Workforce Payment, Refund & Drop Guidelines

Payment is due at the time of registration. To be eligible for a refund, you must drop the class at least three (3) business days before the state date. Drop classes through your RCC Campus Marketplace Account or by calling 541-956-7303.

You are responsible for all charges on your account. Not attending does not cancel your obligation to pay. Unpaid accounts may incur late fees or be sent to collections. Check your balance in your RCC Campus Marketplace Account. No refunds are given after the three-day drop deadline. If you believe a charge is incorrect or you have extenuating circumstances, you may submit a Non-Credit Student Account Appeal. You will be notified of the decision within 30 days.
