Our Staff

 

Cass Sinclair provides strategic leadership for the RCC Foundation, overseeing fundraising, donor engagement and community partnerships. She works closely with RCC leadership and the Foundation Board of Directors to align philanthropic efforts with student success priorities. Sinclair brings extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, public health and organizational growth in Southern Oregon.

 

Lindsay Griffiths supports Foundation operations, donor communications and administrative coordination. She helps manage day-to-day workflows and ensures accurate recordkeeping for gifts, scholarships and events. Griffiths plays a key role in supporting donor engagement and Foundation outreach efforts.

 

Faina Hopkins provides administrative and program support for the RCC Foundation. She assists with donor services, data management and event coordination. Hopkins helps ensure smooth operations and supports communications between the Foundation, donors and campus partners.

 

Hailey Courtney leads fundraising strategy and donor development for the RCC Foundation. She works with individuals, organizations and community partners to expand philanthropic support for scholarships, programs and institutional priorities. Courtney focuses on building long-term relationships that strengthen student access and success.

 

Scott Lindberg manages grant research, writing and reporting for the RCC Foundation. He identifies funding opportunities, supports proposal development and ensures compliance with grant requirements. Lindberg works closely with internal and external partners to secure resources that support RCC programs and initiatives.
