Accommodation Requests
The graduate line-up will take place in paved, concrete areas for approximately an hour before the ceremony. Graduates will be seated in chairs on grass, which has a slight slope, and access to the seating area involves navigating a couple of steps.
To ensure that all graduates and their guests can fully participate in the event, we offer accommodations upon request. If you or your guest(s) require assistance during the ceremony — including alternate seating arrangements, mobility support, or other accommodations — please complete the Accommodation Request Form. All requests must be submitted by 9:00 a.m. on June 6.
