Introduction to Pathways

Career Professional Technical Overview

If I am already working on a degree, can I receive certificates within that degree?
Yes, you can acquire certificates that you have earned while working on your degree. Once you have completed the specific courses for the certificate, fill out the graduation application, which is for applying for certificates as well as degrees.

Can I obtain Financial Aid for a Career Pathway Certificate?
Certain certificates are eligible for federal financial aid, while others may only be eligible as a segment of an aid-eligible certificate or degree program (Satisfactory Academic Progress for Financial Aid Students). Limited scholarship options may be available at the financial aid scholarship search website.

How can I get more information or talk with a career counselor?
For academic advising, see your advisor or RCC counselor.
